My parents and I visited every independent living facility inside beltway 8, and the best twice. The energy of everyone at The Forum won us over. All the residents were cheery and chatty, which was big moving from New Orleans. Then the high rise views and food made it an easy decision. They moved In during the pandemic and I can’t say how amazing the staff and residents have been. The director Madeline has been kind and helpful with our million requests and needs. I would highly recommend!

Cannot more highly recommend the Forum. If you are looking for a safe, secure, clean, friendly, and caring place look no further. In particular, Madeline Goldsmith, Director of Independent Living, goes far out of her way to take very special care of her residents. Recently my aunt had become ill and Madeleine was incredibly helpful to my aunt and our entire family in transitioning from a hospital stay back to the Forum. Sadly, my aunt passed away several weeks later. Without hesitation and without having been asked to help, on the Sunday my aunt passed Madeline went to the Forum on her day off, and stayed with my uncle past midnight until the funeral home could arrive. Madeline kept our family informed of every step that day and virtually held our hands through the process. Madeline and the staff at the Forum always go out of their way to take care of their residents. They treat them like family. If there was a way to give more than a five star review I’d give as many as possible. This place is truly amazing.

The team at The Fourm at Memorial Woods is an honest, dedicated and caring group. And the residents I have met there are such amazing, interesting people It's a great location with great community for its residents In my opinion, they have managed the challenges of 2020 with caution, common sense and care.

Jessie I Now it took me a long time to post this but I just feel like I need to let you now about Father’s Day was one of the best Father’s Day I ever seen I’ve been coming to visit my parents at this facility for so long for the past six years and this is the best Father’s Day I ever seen make and you had so much people in this building I don’t even know how did you do this I guess you have to love your job that much to be able to satisfy everyone specially the Residents well it was a pleasure meeting you and your staff hope you had time for your family. Thank you for taking care off my wonderful parents and I now they love you a lot too is all they talk about when I call just to find out how are they doing , Jessie did a wonderful meal just to give us what we needed so I guess I don’t have to worry so much about them since I know you would’ve taken care of them so well ones more thank you and God bless you and your Family We need more people like you to take care off the old people . Thank you see you soon.

My Dad has been at the forum for probably about 8 months now. He is in the memory care unit and has fit in quite nicely. The staff could not be more helpful and attentive. The staff is fantastic about helping us stay on top of his medications and the various Dr Appt's that he may have coming up. When first getting him settled in there Wendy could not have been more helpful explaining the cost and letting us know how everything worked. Also the galleria centric location is perfect for our family. I would recommend anyone dealing with an elder looking for memory care or assisted living to check it out.
