The GPS Store provided me excellent customer service and helpful expert knowledge. I ordered a chart plotter and radar dome knowing they were out of stock but expected to arrive in time to meet my deadline for installation. When the expected arrival time was pushed back, I reluctantly had to cancel my order for these two items. With the help of Noelle at the store, the process was seamless and handled very promptly. Noelle also walked me through the best transducer unit for my boat and the waters that I fish in. She explained the differences and features of of the units and guided me to the appropriate choice. I purchased the Garmin GPSMAP 64sc Topo Bundle and just wanted to say that I am completely satisfied with everything to do with the purchase. From order placement, the product itself, price, and how quickly I received the GPS at my doorstep..everything went as smooth as can be. What a great experience! I called to verify if a part was in stock and was then going to order the part through the website. Ashley said she could do it over the phone and we would ensure the 3pm deadline for order processing. The part was in stock and I gave her my information and within 1 minute, I got confirmation of my order and it was processed. I've had many issues with boat parts being unavailable due to Covid and less than good customer service. Ashley made my day and restored my faith in knowing there are some great companies out there willing to assist the boating community!

GPS STORE The GPS Store’s name really means Great Personnel Store because they have Great People working at the Store, like Ashley. I placed an order for a particular Garmin GPS model and the next day I was notified it was back ordered. When I called to inquire the expected ship date Ashley discovered this model was discontinued. Now This is where the “P” makes this organization Great. Ashley did some research and discovered they had the updated GPS in stock. And the Store would forward me the updated GPS at the same price as the older model; a 60 dollar savings. Thank You, Tobie
Ashley did a great job of answering my questions about the ZUMO 365 LMT-s that I was considering. I placed my order on Monday morning, and my new GPS unit arrived on Wednesday. Super fast and friendly service. Charlene kept me abreast of shipping notifications. I highly recommend using The GPS Store for your electronics needs. Will use them again as needed.

There is just too little space to write all of the wonderful things about The GPS Store and its customer service employees.We had ordered a special military watch for my son who was coming home for Christmas. The order was placed on 11/23/2020 which would have been plenty of time to get it to us but unfortunately the package was lost. Once we figured this out it was close to Christmas and since the watch was really popular, The GPS Store didn't have another one. Sadly, I had to find one off of Amazon that was 150 more expensive. I let The GPS Store know and they worked so hard the week of Christmas and found one for me. They not only sent it overnight at their expense but gave me the original sale price. Noelle and Charlene were two of the most caring, hard working and thorough CS people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I got the feeling that when they found the watch and knew that it had been received by me they were as happy about this as I was. We live in Colorado and I can assure you that we will purchase from The GPS Store in NC as often as we can. What an incredible experience for us to see that people like Noelle and Charlene exist. BTW my military son was beyond thrilled on Christmas morning!
