I had a couple returns from amazon that said "no box no printer" no problem, drop off at any UPS store. This one tries to charge me 1 to tape up the box and print the label. I explained amazon said I didn't even need a box - well I'm sure they would have charged me for the box if I hadn't brought one If they're wanting to charge a 1 per label! Amazon will be informed they need to stop allowing this UPS store to be used because they're attempting to profit off people returning items. Oh and 6 other stores in The area? NO CHARGE EVER. So yeah. Rip-off alert. Never using them again here.

I have used this ups location for a few years now, simple shopping nothing more, for always very pleased with the service. Over the past year i have really dived into the printing services they provide and was very pleased. I reached a point where they became a recommendation for my company, as we recently individually developed my portfolio of 53 properties a fully printed , tabbed, and decorated operations binder system which they put completely together for me. I won over ownership trust and left a mark on the future development of operations by utilizing their services. I couldn't be more thankful.

Unfortunately, their low rating is accurate. Whenever I need to go here, I brace myself for an unpleasant experience. It's like waiting in line at the DMV. And I challenge you to get someone to answer the phone. Go ahead and call. If you get an answer, buy a lottery ticket because you are one in million.

I frequent this store often for years. Went today at a little before 1:00pm and place was locked. No note on door stating closed or when reopening, out to lunch - nothing! SMH
