they have scam artists like "argent liquid" who use their mail boxes to steal from people. When you call to complain they hang up on you. Have filed a complaint with UPS.

Had multiple problems on multiple occasions returning Amazon items with store owner. Owner says I need to print out label and box my return items. Not according to Amazon return policy. Extremely poor attitude and no effort to resolve issue with customer.
