Absolutely wonderful customer service and shipping options. We are loyal customers and appreciate how much more reliable UPS and this store in particular are, especially compared to USPS and our local post office. We always receive great service here and would not take our business anywhere else. The local team at this store is amazing, and we are very happy to work with them for all our personal and business needs! Highly recommend them on all fronts.

This store is fantastic. The staff here, especially Annie and RC, are always on top of things and is extremely helpful! They can do anything from PO boxes to printing to shipping, including supplies! Also, I have seen several reviews claiming that UPS charges too much, but that's not the case--you get much better quality with UPS than with the post office. UPS is incredibly reliable and always quickly resolves any questions or issues. Definitely better than the alternatives like the USPS!

The employees are always very helpful and friendly. I drive from Ashburn, passing 3-4 other stores just to go to this one. The parking lot is busy, but once inside, you feel welcomed. The shipping and other services are very reasonable. I will come to this location as long as I live nearby

Had a packaged dropped off at this location today, was told that the box was not a shipping box and Annie was trying to say it would not hold up during shipping. She was saying that they would accept it this time and won’t next time. It was a box that has certifications for shipping and has had items shipped to me through UPS from the manufacture. Obviously the employees at this location are not knowledgeable enough on this matter. Makes me wonder if it is worth shipping through this location. Or if they are trying to upsell products.
