I've known Dr. Anthony and Dr. Gloria for a long time. My family and I selected him and his wife as our primary physicians because of the relationship and that Dr. Anthony genuinely cares about each of his patients. But, I have to go with 2 stars because twice now I've showed up for an appointment, in this case, rapid covid test and it took over an hour to be seen. The second of which was an early morning at 8am. This being an appointment I would've presumed to be one of the first appointments of the day and it still took over an hour. The nurse's excuse what she was caught up in clinic hours and hadn't looked at the schedule. Ever since they opened their new location and taken on more patients and staff their quality of their timing and staff to patient interactions have gone drastically down. I want to continue to keep Dr. Anthony because he has done right by us but his clinic is making very hard to want to go back.

Sandra is seriously AMAZING! She goes out of her way to take care of me and always has me at ease. I appreciate her hard work, and the insane amount patience she demonstrates with me at each visit. Absolutely love her :) If you’re interested in anything allergy related - Sandras your girl!
Anticipating that I'll get a snarky reply from the office manager, I'll proceed regardless. My experience has not been good and I would not recommend this practice. The billing practices are confusing, as others have mentioned. When I pressed for details and stated that lack of adequate explanation felt fraudulent, my care was immediately terminated. I appreciate that they, as a business, can chose to whom they provide care, but wish I would have read reviews before beginning my care here. I have complained about HIPAA violations. On two occasions, I saw urine samples in the restroom labelled with patient name and date of birth. In reviewing my patient record recently, I found errors in diagnoses which left me questioning the fundamental intelligence of staff. Because of the issues I had with billing, HIPAA, and documentation errors, I would warn those looking for primary care to look elsewhere.
Dr Anthony Wright takes the time to listen, review, and explain options. I like his stories too. After been through a few physicians of various clinics I recommend him.
