Abe Chapman and JD Hess are the guys to see if you want to be treated well in your car buying process. Of all the cars I've ever bought, I've never seen the respect, courtesy, and transparency displayed by these young men. I woke up this am with a big problem. I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid was out and needed a refill. A winter storm was approaching and I was not prepared. My wife works as a nurse anesthetist at a local hospital and needed me to drive her to work in the middle of the storm. Unfortunately, my hood release cable was not working and I couldn’t replace my wiper fluid. So I did what most men would do and tried to figure it out myself. When that didn’t work, I called Toyota of Bristol for help. They told me to bring the vehicle by and they would take a look. I had a great experience! Johnny Bowman took care of my hood release cable and even managed to find time to have my 45K service. I was in and out in less than an hour. It’s nice to know that I can count on my local Bristol Toyota. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Thanks Johnny B. You da man!!!
