I had a wonderful car buying experience at Toyota of Iowa City recently. I worked with Josh Hicks who reached out to me via a friendly video message at the start of our communication which I liked. Josh was able to match my price expectations on the new car. Later when I went to the dealership, I had an amazingly easy and smooth car buying experience. Josh helped me with the trade in of my old car at a reasonable price. He made the whole process of buying the new car and trading in the old vehicle seamless. He also explained to me the safety features and provided important information about my new vehicle. My experience at the finance office was also extremely fast and positive.
