I will never choose another limo service besides TransCity. I called multiple services and they were the most competitively priced. I made the reservation but then about 2 weeks prior to the service date had to make an update which was easily accommodated. The limo and driver were both exceptional. Driver was very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The limo was clean and met all my expectations. The driver was prompt when asked to pick us up from every location. When I checked my credit card, I did see an extra charge outside of what was quoted. However, I called Saturday and was told billing was open Monday and I would be contacted then. To my pleasant surprise, i was emailed SUNDAY saying it was an error due to the booking update and it was already credited back to my card. How incredible to not even ask what the problem was, but to research it on their own, not even dispute it with me, and all on a day billing doesnt work. Amazing company!!!!

Call to cancel due to corona virus and merchant unwilling to refund. Very unprofessional over the phone, just a bad experience from the get go.
Just used this service on Saturday the 22nd to go to a dance with my daughters. Driver was very professional and courteous. But we have an incident similar to others that I've seen on their reviews. Our drop off was 8 minutes late after the scheduled drop off. I even let the driver round it to 10 minutes, didn't figure it was a big deal either. Was even told we were cool not to worry about it. Was still charged for an extra hour. If that was the case I would have had him drive us around for the extra 50 minutes. We even tipped the driver extra gratuity. If the issue is not resolved we will not use this service again. Be careful seems like some of the reviews are not bluffing.
Since I moved here in August, I’ve used this company a few times and absolutely enjoy it! The fleet is very clean and staff are very respectful. I would highly recommend this company!
I have not done my limo ride yet. But I just wanted to write a review on how kind and accommodating Jason was on the phone. Very professional and made we feel comfortable with their purchase. So I’ll leave another review after my services! I’m sure our wedding day will be perfect with our luxurious limo ride! thank you for being kind! So far a standing ovation!
