I cannot say enough good things about Tribble. We called at 6:00pm and they offered to send someone out then or in the morning. We chose morning and told them we would be home around 11:00. When I got home, they were already there ready to go. Steve, Lane, Chuck, and Matt were the nicest men. Steve was very upfront about the problem, the cost, and procedure. We ended up needing a new furnace and Tribble was able to install it the same day and quickly with how busy they are this time of year. I am very impressed and highly recommend Tribble. Thanks guys!

Had to change my review, after new findings. call1 (low on freon) charged me for 3 hours of labor and tech was only here for little over 1 hour.(I found out a week later, after reviewing security footage). 2 days later after call1 the compressor went out got charged 8hours to replace it. (i should not take 8 hours for this job) and the old compressor was left on the rooftop and wires. I called to talk with the owner(not there) no call back after a week. The mess is still on the roof top.

He arrived first thing, was very courteous and personable, and provided me with ample information and suggestions. I will definitely consider Tribble when I can upgrade from heat pump to gas. Great service, fair pricing, and knowledgeable staff. Tribble made a service call on the afternoon of our call. Mike did a great job determining the issue and ordering the part. By the next day, our heating system was repaired. We will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Tribble. We have had them service our units several times. They are always prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. They have worked us in when we have had an issue. Our recent call was with Steve. He worked quickly and efficiently. He knew the problem right away. We did not purchase our furnaces from Tribble but we wish that we had. From now on we will only use Tribble.
