Wow! We love this place! My 1 yr old has so much and energy sob this is a perfect place for her. We came last weekend with no reservation but this weekend it was a requirement so just make sure you make one. Emily(team lead) is wonderful, pleasant and ever so helpful. We will be having her 2nd birthday here. Love this place.

Had a great time at Urban Air, will definitely be coming back with my son. The staff is great! Jordan, the manager made us feel like we were at home. Marionna, Emily, Channe were amazing as well
costumer service is very poor. When we check in as a family we have masks except my youngest son who is two year old. One guy at the desk told us we can not play unless my young son has a mask. I told he is two year-old and it is normal for him to be a maskless, but he said no it is the policy for the company. Finally I got a mask for my son and we went inside to play. Surprisingly no one has a mask in the play station. Young children, adults and parents are all maskless.
it's a nice place but, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to what we have experienced. 1st, the staff don't open any attractions whenever you ask for it. They say that it's closed and to wait for 30 minutes but we only have 2 hours left. One time my 2 children got assaulted by staff. When I asked them what happened, they said that they would call the police. They are lazy, and they have poor costumer service. Last week on the go-carts, one of my neighbors got injured. They didn't help, call an ambulance, or gave me first-aid. So please, think twice before going here. Because the safety of our children is 1st priority.
Yesterday we visited Urban Air and I never seen my son so happy. He played for three our straight without stopping a moment. There are a lot of things to do more than trampolines, but I think that the Sky Rider is the top attraction for kids. The location is new, very clean, and the staff is very helpful.
