The best thing I can say is owner is very nice. Other than that I was disappointed in the services. I called ahead of time and was told 39 for my cordless vacuum. Upon arrival, owner apologized and said the guy who answered the phone should've asked if I had a Dyson because those were harder to clean and would be 69. Okay.... not what I was expecting, however I was already there. Then he gave me a receipt that said it would be ready by the following Monday. I called late Monday and a different guy answered and said it had not been done yet and it wasn't on his list of items to clean that day. I called back Tuesday and it still wasn't cleaned but was told I could pick it up Thursday (who can wait this long to vacuum their home anyways). I couldn't pick it up Thursday because I was going out of town that day for Labor Day weekend. I finally picked up the vacuum after my trip (he showed me how clean everything was) only to get home and discover once I disconnected the roller brush/power nozzle, that it had not been cleaned on the inside where it attaches to the long tube. Also, the bottom still had dirt fuzz balls in it that should've been cleaned out with something like a q-tip, in my opinion. I don't have time to take it back up there and wait a long time to get it back, so I will just clean that part myself. Pretty disappointed for a 75 total charge with taxes for cleaning. I'm not one to normally write reviews but this whole situation really frustrated me.

We dropped off our vacuum cleaner which appeared to be on it's last leg. The Vacuums etc. team gave it a tune-up, changed the cord, and it's running like it's brand new. Friendly, excellent service. Thanks!
Bin shopping at Vacuums etc. For many years . Ron has always been super helpful and enjoyable to talk to. Good honest place to do business !!
