So disappointed in this place. They will fail to warn you if your insurance is not in network, how is that not just common decency? I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. They were not impacted, had been fully erupted for 10 years, they had been completely fine and not causing complications (aside from some cavities from not being able to get back there properly). I called, and while on the phone for my appointment provided my insurance information (first touch point). I don't recall if I asked if they were in network or not, but they knew my info, why would you not say it's out of network? Went in for my appointment, check in with the front desk with my ID and insurance cards (second insurance touch point), waited an HOUR before being seen by the surgeon. Surgeon INSISTS that they need to put me under to pull my teeth - I ask why, doesn't make sense since they're erupted, not impacted, etc. Says they put everyone under for it. Okay, whatever. Get to the front desk to 'check out' to start going over insurance information. Showing me the breakdown of fees (and obviously its exorbitant due to the general anesthesia they insist on using). Lady tells me that that's my price as out of network. Excuse me? Out of network? AND NOBODY BOTHERED SAYING ANYTHING BEFORE I WAITED FOR AN HOUR (on top of having waited 2 weeks to have the initial appointment). Needless to say, I did not utilize this place, and went somewhere else where they put me on laughing gas and localized numbing and pulled all 4 teeth in less than 15 minutes and so I didn't end up with a 1500 bill for general anesthesia and out of network bill. Absolute waste of time, absolute price gouge. Why is it not common human decency to tell someone you see that they're out of network before wasting their time?

A few says ago I had surgical extraction of my tooth. The office and the doctor were amazing. Dr. Leong is an awesome doctor he is very knowledgeable and professional. He did the anesthesia almost pain free and from there I didn't feel any pain. I am planning to do the implants and he is the number one choice who will do it for me. I will definitely recommend this office and dr. Leong to all my friends.

Best Tooth Removal Ever!!! Okay, so the title is a bit much , but it is true. Upon calling the office I was dealing with a sensitive issue. I needed assistance quickly. During the covid-19 situation none the less. Regardless the Vancouver Oral Surgery Team brought me in the next day to be looked at. I was so nervous that I called ahead of time the night before to make sure I was not needing to go the the ER. The doctor responded promptly and was warm and patient with me. I have had serious health issues in the past as well as I am very allergic to many medications and antibiotics. Dr. Martin Re assured me that I would be able to feel much better tomorrow and to get rest. Coming in I was shocked at how nice the staff was. They treat you like a friend, as well as a patient. High tech equipment made this a breeze. Not biting on strips for an hour taking photos. The Staff were very helpful in getting every little bit financially drawn up and notified me before my procedure. Let me just say how absolutely affordable it all was! The nurse was honest and I very much enjoyed here banter. I felt nothing not even a poke from my IV. The doctor was really cool, friendly, honest and he listened to my concerns. I was in and out with on 30 minutes. I walked out feeling like I was genuinely taken care of! Not to mention I have literally taken two pain pills lowest dose and I have no pain. He is extremely professional and has so much experience. It is easy to see that when you go to the right place you know it. What a stellar staff! I will 150% recommended any family and friends I know to go to them for sensitive dental.
