Great job and very friendly. They even let you inspect their services before paying (definitely a bonus) and give a portion to veterans in need! I wanted to a few more branches removed and they came back no problem. Not to mention, even put up a few screens on the second floor for me. Thank you Vetetan Tree Care. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to start with my experience with Veteran Tree care. For one thing, not one person arrived, but a crew. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT DO ALL THAT I WAS TOLD WOULD BE CUT - they did MORE. They tweaked their work, cut at junctions (not just indiscriminately), were meticulous beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I’ve had many tree people out over the years and this company stands out far over all the rest. AND THE CLEANUP. I’ve never seen a more thorough cleanup.
I tried for several days to get an estimate. They missed 2 scheduled appointments. I had to contact them about missed appointments after waiting for hours for them to show up. They never contacted me about not being able to make it. They just left me waiting. The excuse both times was one of their workers fell out of a tree and had to be taken to the hospital. Two workers in two days? That was not a good sign. They even stopped responding to me. They were always slow in responding including once after 10:30 pm. I would not recommend this company.
My husband had a verbal agreement with them to trim several trees and cut down three including grinding out the stumps. They did the trimming and tree removal, but they haven't come back to grind out the stumps. We've called and texted several times with no luck. They won't return my calls at all. My husband did get a voicemail but no commitment on a date to come back and finish the work.
The owner is a complete crook, do not trust or use this service EVER!!
