Every time I’ve tried calling I get attitude or condescension from a number of the female employees at this office, who it seems like go out of their way to be unhelpful and do the bare minimum for customer service for me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend touching this agency with a 10 foot pole unless you’re totally familiar with insurance, don’t expect any explanations or helpful suggestions. Look elsewhere!
