Great hike. Bring a pair of water shoes. We crossed 4 times to get to the ascent to the springs. The deepest crossing was about waist deep. It is trail 47 and sometimes marked 274... The water is clean and good for drinking with a filter. A breakdown of the crossings may help. You cross Chaparral Creek once and then don't need to cross Bear Creek until after you pass Warm Creek. We had zero issues with bugs, a large campsite, and despite the rain a small fire. Geothermal hot springs at top

Best hot springs. Do not go there because I hate when places I like are crowded. Really really tough hike to get there. Do not go here.
Nice little place worth the ride in for sure!
Our group used mountain bikes to get here. 2 hour ride to basin, 40 min bike up. Make sure to bring lots of water and bug spray. Mosquitos rampant.
