I've been seeing Dr. Zapata for 2 years now and I've never had a problem with her! She always takes her time when she's seeing me, answers any questions I have, and has great bedside manner. I've never had any problems with her staff and have never had any problems with my insurance covering her care. The only issue I've ever had was having to have my appointment rescheduled twice, but she's a gynecologist and you can't predict childbirth so it wasn't a big deal in my eyes.

If I could give this office 10 stars I would!! Dr. Zapata has been my OB/GYN for almost 10 years now. She is one of the most selfless doctors I have ever met. She is always putting the care of her patients first and ALWAYS makes you feel welcome and as part of her family. She has delivered both of my kids, she caught my Cervical Cancer at an early enough stage and was aggressive enough during surgery to allow me to say that I am CANCER FREE today. I would not ever recommend another doctor to anyone. Best office in town!!!

Very rushed appointments. Try to get you in and out as fast as possible . They don't explain much to you. Have you fill out a long online form then don't even address any of the concerns you mentioned on paperwork that you were suppose to fill out before the apt to help them reduce time at the office. I had not been there since my surgery a few yrs ago because I felt rushed and not satisfied with level of care. Thought since a few yrs passed I would try again. Nope same situation still. They don't answer the phone or follow up with test results either. They will though make sure and collect all the money ASAP!!

Honest review: I became a patient in 2015 with my first pregnancy. I had always heard she was great, I made an apt for prenatal care and I wouldn't search for another dr. here in town, she is very honest and caring and just wants your health on track. Answered all my questions, its sad to see all these negative comments, however I feel like everyone has their own side of the story, you must be a patient to have your own experience, not to mention in 2017 I had a miscarriage and I saw her and her nurse practitioner jen carter through this tough time. She too is great ! They def. know women's health care ! I was able to successfully surpass this tough time. I would recommend this office. Just like anyone, any business, any staff, any human, we all have room for improvement.

Before saying that Dr. Zapata is an extraordinary doctor, I want to say that she an extraordinary human being. She showed so much care and concern. She has been much more to me than just a doctor. She has been my therapist, supporter, friend, well wisher and angel in disguise. Anyone who wants a wonderful person and doctor this is the place to go. She will go above and beyond and makes you feel so much better. I wasnt supposed to be able to get pregnant and had so many obstacles along the way but she was there every step and was always just a phone call away. And thanks to her I welcomed a wonderful and perfectly healthy baby girl into the world July 13th. And I can't forget her staff they are just as great and there attitude was always exceptional.
