We Love Acorn dearly. I recently had my second birth with the midwives from Acorn, Cristi, Michelle and Ann were on my birth team and it was awesome. My first child I had at the birth center and this time I had my daughter at home. I’m consistently impressed by the holistic care I receive through acorn and the traditional midwifery skill these women are sharpening daily in Crisit’s practice. I love the fact that it’s traditional care in a group practice and that they constantly are growing to challenge each other to become the best midwives they could be - they truly care about women and babies and you can see this in the way they talk to you. Both my births we beautiful and I felt totally seen and cared for the entire time. If you want holistic care I highly recommend going to Acorn, you will be Blessed.

We had our 3rd child here, was the first time using Acorn. The day we walked through the doors on our tour we knew this experience would be far greater than the previous two at the hospitals. We were not disappointed but rather greatly impressed by the entire experience! We loved our birth team (Michelle, Anne, Kenya, and of course we love Kristy too!) Thank you so much Acorn for providing such a lovely place to bring a child into the world!

I had the most wonderful experience with this birthing center! From prenatal to postnatal care they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The staff is unlike any other, both professional and caring, they are amazing! I just had my 3rd child here after having 2 hospital births and this was by far the best experience with prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal care I have ever received! They truly care and take the time to get to know you to ensure they give you and your baby the utmost care.

Where do I begin with this amazing place filled of such beautiful souls and people. I walked into an Obgyn office when I was about a month pregnant and within 10 minutes I walked out knowing it wasn’t the right place for my baby or I. I somehow later came across acorn , and set up a meeting with Cristi. Our first meeting, before I was even officially a patient, she spent about two hours with us , educating us and answering every question we had (we had a bunch). She really impressed us especially my mom who was apprehensive about this type of prenatal care. Flash forward to 10 months later , all of the women here are nothing short of amazing and educated. They have all been so compassionate and in tune with my body and my baby the entire time. They have taught our family SO much and continue to. From the student midwives, to the midwives, to Cristi the director - everything they’ve taught us/ continue to is nothing comparable to what a Obgyn or drs office would be willing to provide. Erin my midwife has been such wonderful overall support to me this entire time. Each appointment averages about an hour , sometimes two , I never have felt rushed and am always greeted with smiles and offers for water or tea. Annie provides amazing body work that helped baby and I tremendously and relieved a lot of pain and pressure. Although I didn’t get to have my birth here, which I had my heart set on (due to complications with my labor), my son and I remain in their care and I truly wish we could both be cared for by acorn forever. We love all of you so much and can never thank you all enough for the love , care , compassion and education you’ve all provided to us these last 10 months thank you could never be enough
