My experience with Protect Your Home was really great. Eric was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain to my family how the system works and the added components that I wanted were explained also. Eric showed my family what to look for if anything were to happen. I trusted his judgment completely. I believe ADT will prove itself to be well worth the money I invested.

Don’t do it, worst customer service. Not ADT. I signed up, paid my deductible, had an installation appointment. Was told they did not need to run my credit current ADT customer for years, then got a call from someone a few days later they needed to run my credit. So they did. I called up to add additional items, and was told my order was canceled, then forwarded to ADT. Called them back and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was to NO. They are too busy. I can’t help you contact ADT. I believe I dodge a bullet by not getting their service. Hopefully this review will help someone else do the same.

Installer did a great job! When I was on the phone with manager I was told I was going to receive certain items, specifically 12 window censors and 4 doors sensors. Installer said that was covered by the motion detector which I did not want. However, I went ahead and paid for what I wanted and called customer service and was refunded so I am very happy for the correction. I plan to be a customer moving forward and I will recommend the service. But hopefully you won't have an issue like this in the future.

The sales representatives were very personable and good at selling their product and answering questions. They did give a good deal to win out over their competitors and appeared to know their rival companies well. The installer was exceptional and really knew how to install the alarm system efficiently. He was knowledgeable about the products and what would work the best on each window and door. The only issue was the deal I was given by the sales staff didn't add up with the installers amount. We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get through to speak with logistics, but got it resolved.
