By far one of the best dealer been to. I went to search all over northern VA for the best price 2021 F150 after doing a lot of studying found them and did an online order knocked down almost 10k. Went to the dealer service was amazing. Finance to sales they were all on point. Definitely go here if you looking for a nice Ford. Ask for Kyle he was my salesman.

TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. After meticulously going through the process of agreeing to a final price of a vehicle, paying my mechanic to come check the car, and the car lot processing my credit application, they lied and told me someone called to put a down payment on the car I was buying. They decided to inform me of this literally 3 minutes before I signed the contract. James Gardner, the GM, even went so far as to tell me I have “Five minutes to get over it and move on”, then proceeded to call the Fairfax County Police and threaten to press charges for trespassing. Completely UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES as they lied about the vehicle and said they sold it to someone else even though they had already processed my credit and began the paperwork.

I had such a great experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, and special shout out to my guide, Carlos Walker. I say “guide” because he wasn’t a salesman. I’m not a fan of salesmen. Anyway, he greeted me upon my parking and introduced me to everyone as I entered the showroom. Then I told him what I wanted to look at. I noticed a beautiful photo of his and he shared that he is a published author and artist. I was so inspired hearing his story. The car buying process is long but when people like Carlos are so kind and accommodating, it makes for a memorable car buying experience. I never thought I’d own a Ford after owning mostly Volkswagen’s my whole life but ultimately it was the customer service that sold me. Thank you to the whole staff at Malloy Ford in Alexandria, VA!
