I had an absolutely amazing experience. I traded my old unit from South Carolina on a slightly newer unit from Des Moines. They allowed me to take my unit to their Myrtle Beach facility and then I flew to Iowa. Their communication was top notch. Ethan Wagner was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their facility was clean and well stocked. RJ, Dennis and let's not forget Jill took excellent care of me. You would think I spent 300,000.00 but trust me I did not, not even close. I am obviously very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anybody in the market for a good deal and great service. Thank you to the entire staff.

We had a great experience when we visited RV One, our salesman Ethan was probably the best salesman we have had! His patience explaining things and showing us other products was unlike no other. He wasn’t pushy with us and gave us time to think about it and when a new camper came to the lot he let us know. We found the right one and he and the sales manager worked with us to give us the best price possible. Our demo from Kaleb of the unit was outstanding and went over everything in detail! Jill in the service dept has been a real pleasure to work with and has attended to all issues we have had! Overall a great experience at RV One!

The people at RV One Des Moines are great to work with. We purchased a camper from another RV One dealership and had it delivered to Des Moines. When we came to pick up the camper, we found that some of our paperwork was missing. Brandon and Jake in Des Moines were great in getting the paperwork straighted out. Meesha and her guys Adam and Trent in service were great. Meesha was flexible to allow us to demo the camper one day then come in and pick it up on relatively short notice to pick it up. Adam and Trent did our walk thru and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were shown how everything on the camper worked. Don't get me wrong, not everything went smoothly, but it is how the people here handled it is what makes them great to work with.
