Wow. Amazing clean, state of the art lounge. Awesome food with even better staff. J down in the speakeasy was great. Delta SkyClub can not compete.

Very friendly and clean lounge! Loved the speakeasy downstairs! Overall very quiet and relaxing. Excellent selection of drinks. Lots of areas to hide out and get some work done.

If there was a five star lounge, Amex Centurion would definitely be it. One of the few reasons I still kept my amex platinum card. The selection of food and drinks are unlike any other lounges including delta skyclubs and priority pass lounges in NY airports. I was told the downstairs speakeasy has a special selection of cocktails as well, so will definitely try that on my next visit.

One of the best airport lounges I’ve ever been to - staff were spectacular, food was great and the speakeasy bar (and bar staff) made it a memorable visit. Equinox Body Lab was also a unique addition. Very impressed with the high standards of this lounge, especially during the COVID pandemic!

I love this Centurion lounge! Have been there twice since it's opening.. and must say, the food and drinks are excellent! Although, no place can be great without the staff! From the reception, bartenders, and waitstaff I couldn't have asked for more. I spent some time speaking with the bartenders, Alejandro and Barbara, they were great, and we had wonderful conversation... Everyone was extremely attentive and amicable. Thank you for a great time... I live closer to LGA but have been booking my trips to JFK just to stay here a while ;)

AMEX Centurion Lounge at Terminal Four JFK is what Lounges were meant to be like. Incredible welcome. Fantastic & superior service. Delicious food. A Speak Easy bar right from New Orleans and free Spa Treatments after we're done with Covid. I wouldn't go to any airline lounges again. Can't wait for them to open up elsewhere.

I thought the Centurion Club was a service for Platinum Card members who fly through terminal 4 JFK. Where has the service gone? I showed my boarding pass (Sky Priority), my NY drivers license and my Platinum card at the window and I was rejected (not allowed entry). While I tried to reason with Grace and her supervisor (a woman whose ID I could not read at 12:40 PM 5/28/21, if any person wanted to confirm) 2 other Platinum card holders were turned away. A fourth person was admitted. Wow 1/4 is awful service! I plan to close my Platinum account and I do not feel threatened that my name is associated with this poor review. The truth is liberating!
