This review is for the recent purchase of a 2020 Ford F350. Dealing with the sales reps, Jordan and Clint, as well as their manager, Kevin, was very pleasant. In fact my wife mentioned that this truck buying experience was the most pleasant auto purchasing process over the years!! I am giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 stars because of the following. First, I found a small rip on the passenger seat. Though I should have inspected the truck more carefully before purchasing the vehicle, since it only had 260 miles on the truck, I trusted that it would be in \like new condition\. I test drove the truck in the evening and I have been mainly driving to and from work before sunrise and after sunset (that's Alaska in the middle of the winter for you) so I didn't notice the rip until a few days later when I drove it during the daylight. When I pointed out to a Kendall Ford rep, initially he declined to do anything about it. When I asked him to elevate the issue higher, he came back and offered to pay for the OEM replacement seat skin but I will have to be responsible for the labor. It sure would have been nice for Kendall to take care of this entirely. Second, after driving the truck for a few days, I noticed a few things that are not functioning correctly. When I mentioned about these to a Kendall rep, I was informed that the software needs to be updated and I will need to schedule a service appointment. So I am scheduled to drop off the truck later this week for 2 days as was recommended by their service coordinator...for a \software update\. One of the items that's not working properly is back up assist camera. This will be covered by the original Ford factory warranty but it sure would have been nice to have this, along with the ripped seat cover and a couple other problem items identified and corrected BEFORE the truck was sold.

A special thanks to Damon Avery Hess in the service department. He helped me to get a second key made for my truck, he got the code for the keyless entry and showed me how to use it. Then I had a question about hooking up my iPhone to the stereo and he came out to my truck to show me how to do that and so much more. It was all so helpful for me (I’m not real computer savvy) but he took the time to answer all of my questions and to show me how to work everything and as always he was so polite. Thanks again Damon!

Went in just to browse, bumped into Gary Stevens. He is very thorough, finds out what your looking for and there it begins. He is definitely not the stereotypical salesman. Highly recommend to see him for your car shopping. We left there very pleased and happy with our vehicle.

Had an awesome experience at this dealership. Brian Charles made the process simple, fast and easy. Matthew French made financing and warranty information plain and simple. Both were able to stay late to assist me in the car buying process. Highly recommend for any car purchases.
