I have had numerous occasions to use the services here. Despite the prices twice that of online sources, and the inability to use a credit card, i have tried to stay local with my repair projects. This morning was the last time I will use them. A simple idler pulley wheel failed. Probably a manufacturers issue, yet they would not replace. They stated that they have never seen one fail like this, thus more of a case for a "bad part". I had no choice but to pay because we need the part to use the dryer. I have been very loyal, no matter how hard thy have made it to do business with them. Very dishonorable. Very disappointed in these men.

Called regarding a dryer part. Was informed that I needed make and model number, I informed the employee that I had that information, just give me a second to get it, ( I took a screen shot of the information), I was then informed I couldn't be helped any way because it was almost closing time.. It was 11 o'clock, and closing time was listed as noon. Found the part at Lowe's for 5 bucks.

They have appliance parts for all major brands, reconditioned appliances and probably their most important quality is their ADVICE! The staff have been in this business for decades and with their help there is almost no Do It Yourself project you cant tackle. Everyone who works their is knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

We were in town for work and the fridge on out tour bus broke down. We found this place by doing a google search. He knew exactly what was wrong and they even described the sounds it was making before we told him. He told us the part we needed and how to wire it in. Works perfectly for a 40 part as opposed to our other option buying new at 2000. We were out of options and had to have repaired or replaced immediately. We could not be happier with thus business. Reminds you of a old fashioned store where they actually care and listen to what you had to say and try there best to help. These are the kinds of businesses that we all should support as they are a dying breed. Thank your for all your help

Best place around for appliance parts and advice. The old stuff is still the best ! Great service and help - better than google for fixing appliances.

These men would not accept a return a brand new unused part. The part I needed was charged a 50% markup which the guy never looked up. Then he started to complain about his inventory and all the money he has tied up. I asked him to come down to a 25% and he threw me out of his store. No argument, he just did get what he wanted. So now out the cost o this part . The worst customer service ever. How do these guys stay in business?
