The hunt for local Mediterranean food is a difficult one in the DFW metroplex as there is a sea of them popping up all over the place. But, I am happy to try each and every one especially if their food tastes as good as Tiba Grill. Found in a little strip mall just north of 20 off of Matlock Tiba is a small spot sporting about 10 tables. To the back is a wrap around grill where your food is freshly prepared. The man there today was so sweet and soft spoken and happy to help. I told him that it was my first time there and he recommended their chicken swharma that was by his definition \spicy\. However, it was not super spicy, but boasted tons of flavor that popped with the tri color rice, small Greek salad, and hummus. My total for this amazing feast was only 10 with the tip! I plan to come back and try their Baba Ghanoush!

Tiba is the best in the area!! We have been coming here and no where else compares. One of the first spots I come to when I come home. Nice staff and authentic food
Fabulous Middle Eastern restaurant. The food is fresh and prepared to order. The beef and chicken shawarma is delicious. The lentil soup is perfect and the rice is incredible. They have gyros, baklava, smooth hummus and pita sandwiches if you want that instead of a platter. Dine in or take out.... either way, your taste buds will thank you for going to Tiba Grill.
Every time I’ve come to Tiba Grill it has been nothing short of excellent! The staff is wonderful as well. The chicken shawarma is so juicy and delicious! Please support your local businesses because this one needs to stay!
