We had a particularly challenging situation on several fronts with regard to installation of the Stiltz Lift. Throughout the entire process, including problems that were unanticipated, Greg Shepherd (and his employees) were phenomenal. Greg excels at explaining difficult problems, and defusing tensions among people involved in a remodel. We'd give Greg 10 stars, but there are only 5 here

Everyone at Ascent Mobility has been so kind to me. We have rented ramps, installed grab bars, and a chair lift. Shari, Aaron, Greg, and Chris, and I know I’m leaving someone else out, have been amazing. Always right on top of returning calls, or sending someone out to the house to make things just right.
