This is a review on my cousin's behalf they have lied and scammed my Uncle: PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MI CASA HOMES, Located on IH-35 My father purchased a mobile home about six months ago, and till this day he’s still unable to live in it. Within a week they sold his contract to a bank and they received their money for the mobile home after that point everything that was “promised” has not been done, such as the electrical, water,and septic system. My father has spent these six months getting the run around from this mess of a company. He’s called just about every week and has made multiple visits, and still nothing. He has spoken to the owner of the company and was informed that the person who installs the septic systems is not trustworthy and has made multiple mistakes on others septics and has costed them thousands of dollars. The owner then reassured him that they would find someone else to install the septic system, which was just last month and still nothing. Today, my father was informed that the septic system was not included and he is to pay for it himself. They went through his file and threw away the signed documentation that stated the septic system was included in his total purchase , this information was disclosed by a former employee. Buyers beware this company is a scam, don’t give them your money. My father had the intentions of living in his own house, instead he’s made 6 payments for a house that he can’t live in, and I’m sure he’s not the only one. As you can see in this picture they left a mess on the property and they have no Intention on fixing it. PLEASE SHARE ! #micasahousingsucks
