I purchased a vehicle from Classic a year ago and it has served me well. The sales process went great and the car has been wonderful (2020 Impreza) but the only reason they have three stars is the service and accessories department. The service department is \good enough\ though they didn't make sure all my tires were to the proper PSI at my last service, though they did get me in and out within about an hour and a half. Not too bad. Accessories/parts wise, they only installed two of my paid for LED interior upgrades (was supposed to be three). When i brought the vehicle back for a second service and spoke to them they assured me they would take care of it. When I got home, I realized they didn't. I called and they sent me the parts to do it myself. No offer to refund a portion of the labor charges since as they said \it's a 5 minute job\. That was the final straw and I won't be returning for service or my next vehicle. Especially since there's a better dealer closer to me. If you *must* buy in Roswell, they're good. But if you can travel anywhere else - do so.

Just purchased a new Forester from Classic Subaru and the experience from beginning to end was great. Our sales person Sergio Morales was super helpful. The sales manager and the finance manger were both great to deal with and made the process quick and simple.
