One word: refreshing. I asked for straight up honesty and transparency from the start since I was at my wits end after visiting 4 other local dealerships and just getting the run around. After what was probably a much longer than normal transaction, filled with many clarifying questions on my end, they were able to set me up with a Subaru Forester Sport - that I LOVE. Dylan H. was the sales side and Feras A. was my finance contact. The patience of these two is admirable but hey that's part of selling cars right? The overall feel of this place is way less stuffy than other dealerships in my experience, if you need a breath of fresh air - try this team :)

Incredible experience. I worked with Stacey Camp, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. During the winter storms, she called to check in on us, etc. Super straightforward purchasing experience. At no point did she upsale or pressure me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. We will be repeat customers. If you’re looking for a Subaru, check out Gillman and ask for Stacey. A week after my purchase, there was a small issue with my Subaru. Sales and service took care of it and had me back on the road in no time.
