I went in with my Forester on a recall issue. The folks at the service desk were very helpful and courteous. The job was done as on time. I'm always a bit nervous going to a dealer, expecting some kind of hard sale, but I was told what the car needed and how much it would cost. In this instance I decided not to have any extra done. It was okay. They washed the car. My wife is happy. The work is done. I thank them very much.

Christian help us out wonderfully. Everything was quick and easy and pleasant. After we purchased the car they topped up all the fluids and gave us a full tank of gas. Highly reccomend.

Super in service. But it was funny that we walks into the main room and asked where the showroom was and that we’re looking for a trade in and all the salesman said was the cars are outside…..no questions…..no accompaniment…..no follow up. Very odd and it looked like one of salesman was playing games on his phone and didn’t even look up when we were asking questions. So service was amazing….sales was sub-par.

I brought my vehicle this morning just after 815 am. I’ve had no problems and issues with Subaru since I got my cross trek here in 2017. Earlier this morning I noticed there was something on the rear right tire and knew I had to bring it to be checked. They replaced the tire, I paid and left before 11 am. I arrived home and I opened the rear door to find a WET rag..... I understand that whoever left it there probably forgot or they got sidetracked and left it there. It happens, I know I forget stuff all the time. Just wanted to leave this review to notify the maintenance personnel to perform at least an inspection/walk thru before turning over the vehicle to the front desk. Other than that, YOU all are doing a good job. I’ll be coming again next month.

My salesman Jay was great! He was knowledgeable and very patient. It’s my first time getting a Subaru, I had lots of questions and concerns and Jay made sure to answer them and show me the car in detail and how to use all the features. Love all the safety features my Legacy comes with. The whole process was quick and easy. Overall my experience was great! Subaru goes out there way to help you in anyway, Thank you !
