The staff is great and the property manager Nickole went above and beyond to make sure my unit was comfortable and perfect for my move in. The property is clean and there is easy access to the highway. I would highly recommend this property.

The staff here is very nice. I really haven’t encountered people that seem so genuine. There are no bad vibes, no attitudes and I’ve never had issues. The maintenance staff work fast and answer maintenance calls expeditiously. The community is always kept clean and I truly love the complex. 5 star service.

Very nice and safe apartments but prepare to be nickel & dimed for every little thing. Make sure to get a printout of your lease contract and do your best to understand the many pages full of legal terminology. Before moving in, the tenant will need to show proof of renters insurance. Also be prepared for generic monthly “miscellaneous” fees, a monthly 25 garbage pickup fee and a monthly 10 package delivery fee (even though packages are left at your door by USPS, FedEx, UPS etc). I don’t know or understand why l only received 26 of my 200 security deposit back (l was charged numerous “final” fees when my lease was up-I’ve never heard of “final” fees before). Through email, I have requested THREE times for clarification regarding the fees...no response.

When I arrived to tour, the leasing representative Jamesa was waiting for me at the gate which was a very warm welcome. I fell in love with a 1 bedroom and decided to take the leap and step up from my original choice from a studio. I have been extremely happy with my new apartment and the way Jamesa, Fiona and the entire Perennial Properties have treated me so far. I love it so much, I just extended my lease to be there longer. I would highly recommend leasing from Perennial Properties, they are very professional, keep the grounds clean, it is quiet, and the team is very responsive.
