BHOM \suppose\ to be professional. As a parents, we want our kids to live at the clean place especially during COVID time. My 2 children told me that the Mixx care 0% about sanitation. I went there myself today, and talk to a careless mean front desk. Water filter need to be change for more than 2 months. The gym sanitation wipes need to be fill up. This is ridiculous! Fill up the paper towel in both men and women restroom on ! Why is it so hard to keep facility clean??? We pay total 3000 per months for this facility for our college kids. I am going to spread this negative news unless I see improvement by this week. ASAP

Worst management ever. Moved in 2020 august two weeks in the washer breaks. the people come to fix it and end up scratching up the walls. they come back to fix it and did a terrible job. super over priced. also dealt with them towing my car even though i payed for parking and had the sticker on my car and everything. very unprofessional people. i called a dozen times to get them to get my car out and they told me they would not pay for it to be release to me even though they wrongfully towed it. 200 gone and damages done to my car and transmission. i will NOT be renewing my lease here. ridiculous and rude.

This is my first year living at the mix and I did recently sign up to live here next year at the start of August. I also am paying more to be able to park there so hopefully the parking problem with people sneaking in is fixed by then. I am comfortable in my room and have no problems with my roomates. I also have no complaints about my actual apartment space. I like the view of the pool from my living room and that I have a balcony to look off to. The gym and pool are also a nice add on. One thing I do not like is the security guards. They do not seem like they do their job at all especially when taking smoking breaks at the same time together outside. I wouldn't be surprised if they smoked weed with other residents. Overall, I do enjoy living here and having my own bedroom and bathroom space. Tranae, who works with the leasing office, is quick to responding to my emails and always has a response for my questions and is helpful in discussing prices and problems I may have. I like when I get a quick response so I do not even have to bother making an appointment to see her. My only real complaint is people they put at the front desk day and night.

I am happy with my choice of The Mix as a residence for my student. The location is very convenient to Georgia State University. The building is new and offers nice amenities. The apartments are well designed and provide everything a student needs. The management is responsive and caring. We just signed up for our 3rd year.
