Best service ever! I needed documents apostille (authenticated) - all taken care of within 1 working day. I researched many places, even the ones with 5 stars and they were rather complicated. Dropped off my documents one afternoon and was called the next day that they were ready. They even do passports! Great staff, highly recommend !!

I had an excellent experience with Austin Passport - we used their mobile fingerprinting service during the pandemic to secure fingerprints for four employees working from home. They were extremely patient (I had to reschedule a couple of times in order to meet my employees' scheduling needs), and brought all of the supplies with them. Asa was very polite & friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the process.
