The service was good but the communication about the price lacked and felt borderline shady. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. They also had some additional services like filter replacement that I opted in for. After opting in I was quoted for 178 to include taxes,labor and shop fees for each service. On the quote, I noticed that the oil change was 45 instead of the original 79.95 and figured I just got a discount since it was the only price that changed. WRONG! When I got to the counter it was 240! Turns out the oil change was not 45, it wasn’t even 80, it came out to 100 before taxes! I was upset because I only budgeted 200 for this service and if I had known they would charge 60 upwards of the quote, I wouldn’t have gotten the additional services. Luckily my partner was able to send me money to cover it considering the work had already been done but I am still upset that the pricing was wrong and no one thought to communicate that the pricing would be different at any step along the way. Aside from that, I mean the service was great and my advisor was amazing. He took the time to explain what other repairs were needed, the price of each, when we should get them by and their impact on the car which was super helpful and informative. But that pricing situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
