We had a great experience! Joe was able to answer any and all of our questions in a quick and timely manner. He made the process of finding and trading in our old car for a new one a breeze. It made car shopping EASY, we were able to test drive any car we were interested in and Joe found us the best deals out there and saved us more money than we thought we could. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

I don't trust anyone!!!! So when I was purchasing a car in Colorado and I live in DC, I was really nervous just handing the seller my money and hoping I was getting the vehicle he said it was. Thankfully someone suggested working with Joe and I was very impressed with how easy and professional the entire purchase process was with Joe working as the intermediary between the seller and I. Joe was patient and answered my hundred questions and gave me confidence in the process. The transaction itself was smooth and the vehicle and most importantly the title are in my possession and I am thrilled with how this all came together. If you are an Ebay buyer or something similar buying a car in Colorado, I 100% suggest working with Joe and HM Brown.

My family and I have used Joe for at least a half dozen different vehicles over the years, and I can't say enough good things! He takes all the stress out of buying/selling a car. There is absolutely no reason to have to go to a dealership ever again! The first time we used Joe, he was able to get us money back after turning in our lease. The second time, he shopped multiple lenders for us to find the best rate for financing. The last time, I needed a new truck ASAP after my old one was in an accident. Joe found me the exact model I wanted and was able to deliver the truck and complete the transaction with 2 days. Each time we worked with Joe, we only spend about 90 minutes between phone time and in his office. No 6-hour Saturday at the dealership!

Not your average Insurance guy!

Joe is literally the best auto insurance broker out there! I will honestly never go to a dealership again. He is super knowledgeable about the industry and it only took me 30 minutes to get the vehicle paper work done and purchased! Super fast, efficient, accurate, and easy! He is also super patient as it took me almost a year to pull the trigger on my new car! Thanks again Joe for working with me to find the perfect Jeep!
