I called the dealership if I could talk to a sales manager, the finance manager, a sales person. They would not allow me to talk to anyone. I explained that I have a question that needs to be answered before I make the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. All they would do is set an appointment for me to visit the dealership. I drove down got my question answered after I explained to them how to do their job, not exaggerating. My sales guy had no clue that my question was an option, not blaming the sales guy. I identified the car I was interested in by showing them their add with the price clearly marked. When the car was brought around there was a sticker on the window for 3 thousand dollars more than the advertised price. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I informed them that I was ready to deal on the car starting at the advertised price, all they said was sorry we will not honor the advertised price, this is the new, not advertised price. I will NOT be dealing with any dealership that doesn't honor the advertised price. Not an honorable operation. I have nothing bad to say about my sales rep.

Elisa is the most amazing woman I have met. This dealership is very organized and well maintained. We left with the car we wanted and the price within our budget. Elisa made this car buying experience very good. She is family friendly. We brought 3 kids under 3 which didn't make her job easy. She was making sure they had snacks, drinks and activities to keep them happy while she also helped us get the car that we wanted. 10/10 recommend. She is amazing. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

UNPROFESSIONAL! They repeatedly called and emailed me for days regarding a jeep wrangler. The online price dropped so I finally caved and made an appointment. They said they would have both jeeps I was interested in ready when I got there. I drove over an hour only for them to tell me the Jeep wasn't even on the lot. We looked at another jeep that was listed online for 31,000 and they told us it would be 44,000. Such a waste of time.

I found a good deal on a Chevy Volt, decided to buy it asked for the invoice to buy the car, will wire transfer or send a ck. They required me to schedule an appointment with a salesperson in order purchase the car. I advised I did not want to expose myself or anyone else to Covid, they would not allow me to speak to sales manager or sales person, they said they would take a message and have someone call me back in a few days. FYI, bought a car from Carvana, did everything on line, financing, etc and having car delivered. Just wanted the same respect from a local company trying to support local business's

Elisa is the best sales woman i have ever met. Very family friendly and amazing, I can not believe the time and effort she put into making sure we got the right car. She was amazing with my kids, which having 3 kids there for hours, she made sure they were fed and happy. I love her so much. This dealership was very family friendly. I honestly could have not asked for a better car buying experience.

I was very disappointed in them due to what I feel is "misrepresentation". They market all of their used cars 2985 less than what they ask for once you are physically at the dealership. The 2985 is for Scotch Guard, Lo Jack and Appearance Protect.
