I purchased my car from Autonation Ford Marietta last week, and I could not be more pleased with my car buying experience. I had been dreading it because I do not like the haggling process that you experience at most dealerships. I arrived at the facility and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was and everyone was wearing masks. I was greeted by the GM, who then introduced me to Mr. Rodney Hunt, my sales associate. Rodney was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I did not feel pressured into a sale. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I was willing to pay. He found exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. The paperwork process was very easy, and the rest of the staff was professional as well. This is a great place to buy a vehicle.

My wife and I were Dakota's first car sale and she went beyond the call to get the job done. She drove to AutoNation Union City from Marietta and brought the vehicle to me in College Park. In this difficult time when the need for physical distancing is obvious, she accommodated us and made it possible to purchase a new car without a whole lot of contact. An issue with the front wheel drive system on my 2010 F150 suddenly appeared. I called AutoNation Ford in Marietta and they scheduled me that afternoon. Within 24 hours they diagnosed the issue with the integrated wheel ends and associated vacuum system. They clearly communicated what was needed and then made the repairs the same day. It was an excellent service experience. Ruben Hernandez was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Mohammed's work was friendly and efficient. The online offer process was quick, easy and accurate. We would post 5-stars if we didn't have to wait almost an hour for the check to arrive. There's room for improvement if it takes over two hours to sell a car after terms are agreed.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Matthew(Sale Manager) about what kind of vehicle I'm interested in and he introduced me to Oscar(Sales Associate). Oscar took great care of me during the two weeks I was making my decision. Once I was ready to purchase, Oscar even went more above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about my new vehicle. What stood out the most was how he stayed almost 2 hours after the dealership closed for the night just so I would know all the features and test it out.
