This was SUCH an AMAZING experience! Not only that, Daryl Tatum is a great owner and hot air balloon expert. He and his team did such an awesome job getting everything coordinated, set up, and then back to the ground and our cars. I can't express how great it was to communicate/Q&A with an incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and kind individual and team! All questions answered on-site and via email quickly and calmly. RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!! It's an exciting experience you will never forgot!!

The company is amazing
This experience is like no other; whether you're going on a full blown ride or just a tether. The crew is always very energetic and excited to be there. They make you feel welcome and comfortable and ready for an experience of a lifetime. As long as it's weather permitting, the pilot, Daryl, always does his best to make sure everyone gets a ride when he tethers. He goes until he's out of propane, or until wherever he is shuts it down. It's never his decision to take it down when he is still able to tether. I always recommend going on a flight to my friends and coworkers. All have had positive experiences with this company.
I've called several times through out the business day hours. Always goes to voice mail, no answers...trash can service, why offer a service if you dont pick up the phone.
