This credit union has done the worst job handling customer needs during covi19, you never can't get in contact with the branches when you call the numbers listed on the website for any location of your convenience then on the website the hours of operation says 8:00 to 4:30 (try to call to verify they are open ) the number directed me to the call center, ask again if I was open they told me \yes\ that was a 30 minutes drive from my house arrived at 3:40 pm just to see a note on the door that says hours are 10:00 am to 3:00pm. Such an inconvenience they really deserve zero star

Worst Bank Ever! I have a vehicle loan through them. It started off when it was time to make the first payment, I couldnt find anything in the mail I received that said anything about online payments. I called the bank and asked them about it. They said it was correct you cannot make online payments. I can do it over the phone through collections but they recommend bill pay for outside bank accounts. I started up bill pay as directed. The check was sent out on the 22nd. Payment was due 25th or 26th. It was after the 26th and still the money hasnt been deducted from my account. I called and asked them about it. They said lately they have been receiving mail alot later than usual. I said \i just want to make sure if thats the case then im not responsible for late payment since my bank verified it has been mailed out?\. They said I was still responsible for any late fees that may occur regardless of when the check was sent out. I was finally told I could make a payment over the phone to collections once again. They then told me bill pay wasnt my only option and shouldnt have been told that. They said I could talk to someone to set up automatic payments like I wanted to. They transferred me and I never got to speak to anyone. THEN I receive one piece of mail stating its my final notice, that I need proof of insurance with a min of 500 deductible, showing theyre the lien holder, and no gaps in insurance. I sent a copy of my insurance info. Never any response. NOW I get a piece of mail saying apparently my information didnt contain what they wanted and theyre charging insurance from them to my car, and my payment will go from 626 a month to 735 to cover their insurance premium. Now I have to call and hopefully fix this. Once its fixed im switching banks to one that isnt complete garbage!

Worse bank/credit union ever! Towed my car even though I paid the payment. They admitted it was an error on their part, but refused to release my car until I paid for the towing. I didn’t have the extra cash since I had spent my money on the car payment. Went days without my car. Triflin’ customer service.

STAY AWAY, buying a house from a seller who has an account with this bank. Get this people, the sellers father dies, he has been trying for weeks to get a payoff statement without success. Think for a minute a payoff statement. Like somebody wants to pay bank the money he owes it, and trying to find out the total amount. Something as simple as that. Even that they screw up, we have to delay settlement. STAY AWAY from these looser, blacklisted.

The customer service is terrible. Everytime I call the phone hangs up on me. I called five times and in the middle of the service I am put on hold and no one never picks up the phone or they tell me to hold on and hang up on me.
