The houseboat is small, very clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is a tub, which surprised me – I expected there to only be a shower. The people in charge were friendly and helpful, and the boat owners ranged from polite to friendly. Sitting out on the – what do you call it? – deck? patio? – was lovely. Big whiskey barrels of flowers (with tons of butterflies!)…” MORE REVIEWS Home About B&B Rooms Contact Reservations Reviews Marina Charters bkx360 © 2017 | All Rights Reserved

Me and my wife were going to Boston for a Phil Collins concert at the TD garden and it was a great experience. Because it is only at 15 minutes of walking. And it was so original, different. We stay on the rozinante, a 59 foot boat. Even a spa(jacuzzi) inside, small but for 2 is great. Restaurants are very close and a place for breakfast (5 minutes walking). Small shower and TV every where. Refrigerator and air conditioning or heating inside. I recommend that place for something different.!!!

A million dollar view at half the price as on land, our stay at the Sea Chalet was beautiful. Be prepared that this room rocks more than most other rooms, but that is part of the fun of staying on a house boat. It's like sleeping on a water bed, except the entire room moves. We also used the grill at the marina and enjoyed a nice bbq dinner on the deck there. I recommend the experience of staying at Bed & Breakfast Afloat, for a night or two.

Staff is very courteous, they escort you right to your boat. They are very knowledge of the surrounding areas. Also was able to walk right to dinner and a nice desert place around the corner just park once and walk and walk it off. Recommend the shaley was at the end of the dock and very private great for the price but was a little Rocky because it's right in the wake zone but you'll go right to sleep

My stay on Rozinante was awesome! The marina was simple to find by car, and I took a water taxi (12) from Logan Airport (15-20 min max) to the marina. The staff at the marina could not have been more pleasant or helpful, and the boat itself, while older, was sturdy and well-located in the marina for optimal privacy. The bed was comfy and both the a/c and heaters provided just the right temperatures for relaxing or sleeping. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I would be hard pressed to decide which I enjoyed more, having drinks on the deck or relaxing in the jacuzzi. My only admonition to prospective guests is that this boat (like others in its class) is not for really large people or people who have any ambulatory issues. The head with shower is very compact; the ceilings are low, and the entry is narrow and steep. I had NO issues but I am 5'4" and fit. I would definitely stay on board again if I'm in Boston. She was yards away from the Freedom Trail and the parts of Boston and Charlestown tourists want to see.

For a unique experience, staying on "Casita" in Boston Harbor was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and there was a full bath. And very clean!

We loved it! I highly recommend. The little room on the water was very cosy, it rocks a little bit but that's ok and even pleasant. What makes it so much nicer than a hotel is that you can feel more isolated in your little room, and coming outside and seeing the harbor and the water is very nice. Also the staff is very nice and does very good work. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I found it a bit cold inside (don't worry you can use the radiator that is provided in the room) and so the blankets should be a little warmer - a real duvet would have been fine.
