Happy customer – was in the market for a used wheelchair accessible van. It's important to evaluate accessible vehicles in person – inches matter when it comes to accessibility. I was able to compare several different makes & models, given a walkthrough of the conversion by the mechanics — who answered all my questions — and was able to test drive the van. Bedco ordered & installed additional adaptive equipment specific to my needs, which included a fitting session to dial everything in perfectly. Bedco ran the van through state inspection, processed handicap tags on my behalf, and had the van detailed. A satisfying customer experience from start to finish.

We highly recommend Bedco Mobility. We needed to install a wheelchair lift in our house. Bedco helped us to overcome design challenges and made this happen. We have an open, two-story foyer and thought this would be a perfect place to install a wheelchair lift to go to the second floor. It turns out that the foyer layout presented design challenges. Bedco reviewed our options and put in a wheelchair lift in a reverse layout with extra supports that has worked out perfectly for us. Later, when we contacted Bedco with questions, they helped us the same day. Nearly any company can be expected to do the normal well, but Bedco went above and beyond the routine and we couldn’t be happier with them.

We needed a chair lift installed quickly so that we could get my mother in law to her Dr appointments. The main reason we chose Bedco was the lifetime warranty on the motor. If anything is going to give out on these things in a few years it's going to be the motor. I also like that they're local and don't sub out their installation and service. They got us on the schedule quickly and the installers were polite and efficient. He told us how long he expected it to take and he was spot on. They thoroughly demonstrated the product and even told us some things to watch out for that wouldn't necessarily be in the manual. This is a long review but I felt I needed to explain why they deserved a 5 star rating. The only negative about the experience was the intial sales rep visit but that's only because I don't really care for \salesman\ interactions. He didn't do anything wrong per se, but there were times during the experience where I didn't feel heard. It just seemed like he was trying to get through his spiel. Overall the complete experience was top notch.

An unexpected event occurred and our 86 year old aunt was moving from Florida to live with us. We knew we had to prepare our house. I started right away researching lift chairs and reached out to 4 companies, watched a few videos and visited two showrooms. From my first email then a phone call with Gina, then the visit to the showroom with Will I was quickly educated on the not only the chair lifts but other items needed to make our aunt comfortable. Our new house guest ended up having to come earlier and Will made it possible to have the chair installed the next day with two knowledgeable and efficient installers. After looking at all four companies Bedco Mobility was the one we chose because of the products, service, employees and the price was comparable too.
