Handed them my gun on November 6th with a locked up gearbox. I was promised I would have it back in less than a week because it was such a minor fix. Well 23 days later on November 29th I picked my gun back up because they hadn’t even touched my gun. Was still sitting in the exact same spot I had left it when I gave it to them. When I would call and ask about updates I was actually cussed at by the tech himself because I was making him feel “rushed” if you bring go your gun here your best bet is to pick it up immediately and take it somewhere else or learn how to do it yourself because I promise, you are the very least of their priorities.
Disappointed in the purchase I made today. Got a krytac PDW AEG and was sold two batteries for the gun i was told would fit. The batteries actually do fit however there is absolutely no way to close the battery cover without smashing the wires and causing damage. Really dissatisfied i was not told this was the case. I would've rather been told this and gotten some batteries online that fit better. Now I'm waiting on a battery extension to come in the mail so I don't destroy these batteries. Details like this are so important when making a purchase, especially a several hundred dollar purchase.
