The school I work at recently needed some new appliances installed in cafeteria as part of a remodel. Gary and Chad were so helpful in getting them installed correctly and in a timely manner. We needed some extra muscle power because our door was too small to accommodate the new appliances so we had to bring them in through our service window. Not only did they eagerly help but they went above and beyond to get the job done without any scratches to our new appliances or counters. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called to ask what level my propane tank would be automatically filled (always fun getting a big bill at random times). Rene answered my question and said I could change my account to so I could call in the refill. I don't wan to run empty so she let me know that I could sign up for the weekly email that reports the fill status of my tank so I can call in when I am ready. Perfect!

I am happy to write a review for Blue Start Mount Shasta. Amazing service. We worked with Mike, Chad and Gary. We are installing two propane tanks, having an old propane tank transfer of gas and removed, installing a generator, piping, whole set up, and had them service our commercial Wolf oven/stove. These guys have gone above and beyond to assist us. They even trimmed our trees all around the tank install area and pulled out a small tree that was best to remove. They have been easy to work with, polite and funny too. They bring a lightness to the process of a lot of work and are patient with explaining things so we understand, as we had a lot of questions.

The team at Mount Shasta Blue Star Gas is the best. We began our relationship decades ago. Blue Star supplied my business with propane for our use and also for resale. During that time we purchased thousands of gallons per year. Blue Star has always given us competitive pricing and service beyond expectations. I have since sold the business and use Blue Star for my personal residence. We now buy a far lesser amount but still receive the great service and attention. These guys are great. Mike and Gary came out while I was adding on to my house to help make sure I had adequate size pipe for the appliances I was installing. Repairs have been prompt and professional. Bill does a great job keeping us supplied regardless of the weather.
