They went out of their way more than once to find the perfect vehicles for our family. They were safe, made time to go over our concerns, made sure they were actually looking for the vehicle we wanted, and when we had to go in for paperwork they were very understanding about us having our kids. Bob Hook Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships I've been too. Fair pricing and no hidden fees. Matt Cooper was the salesman who worked with me and might I add, he's really a great guy. Easy going and very nice. I told him I needed a family truck with a big enough backseat for my twin boys and he delivered. I recommend going Bob Hook Chevrolet to buy your next car, new or used! I was determined for once in my life to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Spent several weeks searching locally and online, several near misses but usually had expensive options I didn't want and prices that were dependent on rebates I didn't qualify for. I was about to order a vehicle when I found my 2021 AWD Blazer, Red Hot color, 2LT with Convenience/Confidence and Midnight Sport packages listed at Bob Hook Chevrolet with discounts that put it in my price range. I called Elisha on Monday. She answered my questions and sent me a detailed quote and the cost for possibly shipping it to me. Waited until Tuesday when new GM rebates gave me an extra 500 off. Talked with Kelly who took care of all the purchase details. On Wednesday we drove to Louisville from Wisconsin. We were greeted by Max as soon as we got out of our car. Cecelia had all the papers ready to sign and presented extended warranty options without any arm twisting. Max went over the vehicle's features and set up Android Auto for me. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and efficient. I was very satisfied with the price after dealer discounts, GM rebates and GM credit card rebates. Best car buying experience of my life, made driving 400 miles each way worth it.
