Both my wife and I are the loyal clients of this medical center. So far so good until this evening . I took my wife to see her doctor this evening . After dropping my wife on the parking lot . During the time waiting for my wife to come back, I walked my little dog out to Bolsa street to exercise, a security man stopped me to let me know that I was not allowed to have dog in this area and that next time not bring dog when I get there. I said I didn’t know about it but next time I would not bring dog back there again. Surprisingly, he kept approaching to me and started yelling at me rudely. His behavior scared me a lot I had to walked away I didn’t know what was wrong because I totally agreed with what he ordered me to do. I am a client of this center and I am old and I am a weak-heart person. He did not show me the rule board of the center to let me know what I am allowed and what I am not, his yelling just makes me think badly about the service of the center for its customers. I don’t think all persons working in this center have this unfriendly manner. I just wondered if this behavior is one of the requirements for one who works there or only individual character of someone who is easy to show hot attitude to people around Please verify what happened to me this evening and please have corrected action about it. If you think I was wrong and he was right, just ignore about it Thank you

I. Detest. This. Clinic. First of all, this clinic is only carried by a single doctor who seems to know her job. That is NOT sufficient to carry the quality of an entire clinic. This clinic makes you wait for SO long for a flu shot or checkup even if you made an appointment. The staff also have poor people skills and I remember getting bodyshamed by doctors here over and over again. I hate myself because of the staff that work here. You would THINK that during COVID season, they may have improved and made their procedures better and faster. HOWEVER, much to my disappointment, the staff here instead makes you wait inside the facility for hours TO THIS DAY. No one wants to catch COVID and everyone wants to get things done quickly, but I find that my waiting time inside the facility far surpasses any kind of time I get I actually get to see the doctor or have my flu shots or check ups done. I am more likely to catch COVID here than in a supermarket.

We had a great experience! We went in for routine blood work and we didnt have any work order since this was our first visit. They accommodated us with no problem, they had us visit with the doctor prior so he could assign the text to the lab. The lab is onsite, convenient!!!!!!! Every person smiled and greeted us with compassion and joy. We would absolutely re-visit this office, thank you all for your time and assistance.

By far this is one of the worst places I have been too first, get start off that the fact it’s COVID season and are huge crowds on the upper floor and they should have made a limit. 2nd they the worst service I been too the doctors are rude and took forever even the patients are filled with anger just waiting for a quick flu shot. I would not recommend this PLACE
