I have to stay in downtown Boston for work fairly regularly. As many a traveler might know it is a difficult city to find quality short term accommodation. In the past I had been a guest of National Corporate Housing, and the experience was serviceable. However my most recent stay was a noticeably elevated experience. Whatever new management was hired has crafted a seamless service with every request catered to. The rates are still same below market prices, but the amenity is now markedly improved. Working with James was really and truly worthy of positive review. I would highly recommend anyone in need of short-medium term residence to pursue National Corporate Housing. My advice is to ask for James.

Three of your reviews are fake. Why does NCH keep them up? Is this not misrepresentation and fraud?
Traveled to Boston with family and friends and needed a large apartment downtown with parking in a high end building. National Corporate Housing came through with flying colors!! The service, the apartment, and the fee were all excellent. Call them if you need an apartment anywhere in the world!
On a business trip to Boston I have used a number of Corporate housing specialists nationwide and not 1 has ever compared to the selection, price, appointments and personalized touch as National Corporate housing does. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
My experience with NCH left me extremely unsatisfied. Throughout the course of our 9 week stay, we had several maintenance issues this summer (none of which were our fault) ranging from a smelly dishwasher upon arrival, to our door handle falling apart leaving us locked inside the apartment, to the A/C and sink leaks that caused our floor to be redone and stained their sheets. The majority of these issues were addressed in a timely manner. However, our account manager, Kelsey, was very hard to work with when we were charged 267 for the stained sheet (that was a result of their maintenance issues). Overall, we were happy with our setup and location, yet the charge at the end left a very poor taste in my mouth.
