I used to love this place. Any work my bike has ever required I have had done there, along with the guys that I ride with. It is close to my home and always convenient with great service... at least that was until Monday 07/16/2018. My wife drives a scooter because she does not like a full size bike. She had a flat tire because her valve stem broke off and we took the chance to drive it at low speed there so that they could push the tire to the side and install a new valve stem... They said they would not, and when I asked they said it's because it was not a Harley Davidson. Tires are not specific to manufacturer. A valve stem, is a valve stem. The bead was already broken on the tire so I could push it to the side and see the valve stem all they had to do was pull it out and put one in and air up the tire for my wife safety and they refused because of brand loyalty. This is from the words of the owner that spoke to me and me and my friends will never bring our bikes there again, that is not respecting your fellow Riders. I am a master ASE Certified Automotive technician and work at a reputable shop. If someone came in with a broken valve stem on a different brand and I said no I will not help you because it is not the brand that I work with, I would be fired immediately, that is just common sense.

Still located along Route 66 @ the I-44 East exit 247 (Franklin County Highway AT and US 50 exit). This dealership over the years has sought the high ground in sales, providing service and in improving their physical facilities. When riding west along Route 66 their driveway is the first left past the AT junction. If you get to the Bourbeuse River bridge an easy turn around is at the Flea Market ahead on the right. When going East on Route 66 Bourbeuse Valley Harley Davidson is the first right past the Bourbeuse River bridge. Don't let news reports, real or other wise keep you from the best Harley dealership along Route 66! For those traveling West on I-44 take the US 50 exit then take the first right on to AT (Route 66) then look for the Bourbeuse River bridge and the Harley of your dreams will be at the first right.

This is only my opinion, but this is the best dealership in the state. I have been taking my bike there for over 30 yrs.Yes, my bike is 30 yrs old and thanks to them, it still runs. I'm getting too old to handle the major stuff any more. lol. A fine group of top mechanics work there,and the owners, Don & Chris are the best. Make the trip down and find out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I'll give them five stars for putting an out the door price on each bike. More dealers are not but prices on the bike for sale. I do not understand why? I stopped by yesterday for a trade-in and the sales guy who was very busy with customers took time to talk and shed some knowledge, also parts guy was great and knowledgeable. I'm going to upgrade my bike and buy the parts from them!

The wife and I were traveling through, on a extended weekend trip, when my Classic started experiencing charging issues. I was welcomed in with open arms, given snacks, fixed and back on the road within three hours. I would like to thank the entire staff for being so friendly and caring for our situation. 5 Star service for sure!
