Loved living here! I wish I was still living here but, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to sublease to another tenant after only about 8 months. They did make that process extremely easy and quick. When we first moved in, they gave us a welcome basket with everything you need on the first day: hand soap, paper towels, TP and even small toys for our cats! The managers are so sweet and they really care about all their tenants. The property backs up to a nature reserve so anyone who likes to hike, bike or otherwise join with nature can do that in their backyard! We always had tons of birds to watch and listen to in the mornings. They also recycle, so it’s great for those who are environmentally conscious. Overall a wonderful place to live with wonderful people!

I will tell you that the manager here is dishonest and is very ill-tempered. She screamed at my son and my husband, and she refused to give the deposit back after promising to if the apartment was left very clean. We paid 150 to have apartment professionally cleaned (it looked beautiful) and she not only didn’t refund the deposit, but sent a 1,000 bill for smoke damage ( because he was a smoker) which is a blatant lie. We have pictures. We contacted an attorney and he said that it’s a scam- no legal grounds whatsoever. She is one of the worst managers that I’ve ever seen. Mean as well.

Great affordable place to live. I've been renting over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The office staff is helpful and very friendly. Theres always community events for families. The apartments are not the newest but I cant complain. Any issues I have had have been addressed in a timely manner. 5/5

We LOVE living here! We have lived here for almost two years and can't think of anywhere else we would want to live. Celinda and Alex are great and help out any way they can. They also have meet and greet so you get to know your neighbors which I like. It helps it feel more like a little community than just an apartment complex. The maintenance guys are great and always show up within the same day or even the next day for any issues you're having. They also have reserved parking that you can pay for monthly which is great when you love your car or just want the security of having a parking spot. They do tow so caution that if it's not your spot YOU. WILL. GET TOWED. but there are signs everywhere saying that. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

I lived here with my husband as our first apartment last year. The first day I moved in a bed bug jumped on my hand ( I didn't know what they were at the moment) I thought it was just a flea because we did have a cat. But months my husband and I woke up with bed bug bites on our bodies and I found bed bugs in the cabinets in my pots and pans!!! So gross. I told the manager in the front office and she scheduled a pest control check to see if they were bed bugs. They came out to be bed bugs and we had to pay 300 dollars just to get them out. They had a certain company that does it for them I guess and let me tell you they were so unprofessional!!! And we even still had bed bugs after they came!!! I know it was our fault we should of checked before we moved in like the lease says but if I were you I would triple check cause they were already in there!! It was disgusting and by the way the drains get clogged easily!!! The hot tub is not a hot tub!! It's cold like the pool. And they had car break ins. And just left a note on everyone's door!! They would constantly turn off the water there because the other units were being worked on. They would turn it off for nearly a whole day so you couldn't shower for work or brush your teeth or even cook. It was terrible I wouldn't recommend living here not for 900 a month. Not worth it.
