It has been my home for almost 7 years. I haven’t had any problems since I moved here. The leasing office now is an “isolated island” in the apartment complex. No visitors allowed. They keep customers outside at any kind of weather. You will email and call them forever. They even don’t know the security company phone number, who they work with. Always forgetful to put your work order in the system. You have to call again and again for the same work order. Because why? The person who takes a call so busy with online shopping. No matter how tight you trying to close your blinds, Norma, we’r still seeing you dishonesty shopping online for the last 6 years. And the last thing people are having barbecue, drinking, making noise all night long till 3 am. Don’t think you gonna rest at night. I highly do not recommend this place for living.

I have lived here with my family since three years. I have 10 reasons why i still love to live here and now proud and enthusiastic to mention them. 1. By experience this community is peace loving. 2. Its relatively affordable 3. The safety of my family is guaranteed. The services of a Professional Security Company has been hired to watch the facility. They move around mostly in the night with a patrol cart. 4. We now get spectrum cable through the property and its now free. 5. Despite the fact that visitors parking has been reduced we still have lots of visitors parking more than you can have elsewhere. This is a problem when i visit other places where cars get towed easily. 6. The management is so sociable. They have fun events that bring us together; a kind of know your neighbor kind of thing. 7. The maintenance team is good. 8. We have a good play ground and swimming pool regularly maintained. 9. Accessible area. I walk to heb and other shops around for my shopping. Its closeness to i35 places the facility imaginary at the center of the town. Drive to Round Rock and Down town is 5 to 10 minutes. 10. The management / resident communication is very good. We got a new manager couple of months ago who has been an architect of the some of the benefits we now enjoy. I am grateful to Gloria the humble serving lady for her calls and concern to make sure we get the best of the services. I highly recommend this facility.

Sterling Village is a place to be. My brother and family lived here. We visited them here and felt in love with the place. Moving from where we were here was kind of upgrade. I live in a 2 room 2 bathroom. Large and spacious and really worth the price. Really affordable. They have very smart maintenance team that show up do work and follow u. Sterling village throw us parties like every now and then and this helps bring us tenants together like a family. Great job!!! The Management is fantastic. When I will leave from here probably to move out of state or to my new home I will miss GLORIA . She is one of the workers in the apartment office. She is so sweet and hospitable. She is always on seat and been helpful me. I highly recommend this place with a without a family. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sterling village est un bon endroit. Mon frère et sa famille vivaient ici. Nous avons visité notre frère ici et nous nous sommes sentis en amour avec l’endroit. Déménager d’où nous étions ici était un peu de mise à niveau. Je vis dans un 2 chambre 2 salle de bain. Grand et spacieux et vraiment en valeur le prix. Vraiment abordable. Ils ont une équipe de maintenance très intelligente qui se présentent travailler et faire la suivie . Sterling village nous jete des parties comme chaque de temps en temps et cela nous aide à nous réunir des locataires comme une famille. Excellent travail!!! La direction est fantastique. Quand je vais déménage à l’extérieur de l’État ou à ma nouvelle maison, je vais manquer GLORIA. Elle est l’un des ouvriers dans le Bureau d’appartement. Elle est si douce et hospitalière. Je recommande vivement cet endroit avec un sans famille.

I have lived here for nine years. You will not beat the price for an apartment anywhere else in town. The management has always been responsive to my needs, which have been few. The garbage disposal has been jammed a few times. If you notice bugs, they send an exterminator. The clean the carpets for you once a year, and even replaced the carpets for me. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. It is also right on a main road, so you only really need your car when you want to drive. Being on North Lamar (my apartment is right up front), traffic can be loud at times. Maudie's and Chuy's are in walking distance, Tech Ridge is just up the road. There are a few drawbacks. The traffic on North Lamar can be daunting certain times of day and during the weekends. The local neighborhood, while improving, has more than its share of problem elements common to low-income areas. Thankfully, Sterling Village seems to house mostly families who are content to keep to themselves. The pool rarely sees a summer where one of the resident children has not damaged it or the safety equipment in some way that causes it to be closed for a week or two for repairs, something that may result from residents from other apartment complexes in the area using our facilities because of how well maintained they are. Over all, I am very satisfied with the way the apartments are managed and maintained. If you are looking for a place that is quiet, inexpensive, and well-groomed, you should pay the office a visit and see what is available.
