I drove here from Atlanta, 8 hours with my 2 sons. We called and booked through the OYO booking number. Booking was easy and the rep was friendly. I was due to check in at 2:30 am. I arrived to the hotel at 2:14 am, rang the bell and a little girl, about 9 years old came to the window. I said yes I have a reservation, she went and got an older man. He came to the window, frowning, did not speak and I handed him my ID and said hi, I have a reservation and gave him my name. He said no, the room is 54 dollars. I said sir I paid when I booked. (The moment he spoke, I smelled alcohol, through the window and I had my mask on, he was so DRUNK) he looked and said NO ITS 54 DOLLARS IDK WHAT YOU PAID! I did not get upset I got my phone and showed him where I booked via the oyo site and showed where it confirmed my payment. He said, its 54 dollars, so me being tired I said OK, can I please get a receipt, he frowned, looked at me, threw my card and id to me and said, I dont got no rooms, slammed the window and walked away. So, I called the number back to make them aware that I've paid and this drunk man would not give us our room. The rep tried to call and they didn't answer the phone. Hopefully I get a refund. Go to the newly opened MOTEL 6. ITS way better, clean and friendly. That OYO building had one guest and now I know why. The building speaks for itself as well. Never again! I wish I could rate it ZERO STARS

It wasn't the best but it was not the worst. Clean. Kinda on the noisy side but not so much I couldn't sleep. They do however need a new microwave in the room I was in. All in all it was a decent place with no bugs to lay my head for the night.
The owner or whomever answered the phone told us the price was 80 a night and argued we wouldn't find it cheaper online, we booked and paid online anyway and got 2 nights 144 including tax. Got to room, it's seemed ok but the beds were hard, the shower had only luke warm to Cold water, we couldn't get any new towels and the ones we had was stained. The room next door had a drug dealer staying in in with cars pulling up and going in and out every 10 minutes or so. Needles to say I slept with one eye open and my pistol under my pillow. Never ever will I stay here and the only reason I gave it one star was so I could proceed to write my review.
Horrible!! Booked through Hotwire. After a 15 hour drive (and late into the night) we arrived at this hotel. The OWNER of the hotel Was VERY rude and refused to honor Hotwires price.. The place looked condemned and literally had 1 car in the parking lot. The sign was half lit and the entire property was poorly lit. Several vagrants were hanging out in the parking lot. The pictures posted online ARE NOT pictures of this location...BEWARE!!! would not grant the booking price and demanded more money.
I beg you please don't go to this hotel the curtain showers were molded the bathroom had stains on the tubs the covers on the bed look like it was burnt with cigarette butts and the professionalism of the staff it's not even worth it your money will go right next to door to Quality Inn it is pricey but it beats Oyo
I would have left no stars if that was an option. The worst customer service on earth. MANAGEMENT is worse then the line level. Fire them all and start over new.
